What would your role be?

• Assist senior RFP team members within Institutional Clients in responding to RFP and DDQ requests, while also handling client requests and coordinating responses with subject matter experts across the company
• Regularly update and maintain investment consultant databases such as evestment
• Develop and edit sales collateral
• Maintain the Q&A database and internal tools

What are we looking for?

• You gained your first working experience in the financial services industry, ideally within Investment Management, with proven client service skills and strong data management abilities
• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with an excellent academic record, seeking a medium to long-term opportunity in an international work environment
• You are a structured, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic, able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• You are solutions-driven with a can-do attitude, numerate, and possessing strong proofreading skills
• Data savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, with coding experience being a plus, and business fluency in German and English, with other languages being advantageous
