      Talent Acquisitions Specialist

WSP is a world-leading engineering company, specialising in the environment, energy, infrastructure, transport and buildings.

We have a clear vision of how we want to help make the world a better place, giving back to communities and supporting what is truly important for our future.

Imagine a better future for all of us and a better future for you. With us you can!

WSP Switzerland is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisitions Specialist to join our team full-time in Zürich. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with our internal team in Lausanne and the wider Central European operation, driving recruitment efforts with a focus on Switzerland and supporting our continued growth and success.

The position involves delivering a wide range of recruitment services and providing administrative support across the German-speaking regions of Switzerland.

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in executing WSP’s recruitment strategies in close collaboration with the in-country team. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of talent initiatives, while engaging with both internal and external stakeholders and managing the full end-to-end recruitment process.

WHAT DOES THIS INTERNSHIP ROLE INCLUDE?

In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing candidates for a variety of positions through internal networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online platforms. You'll work closely with internal line managers, candidates, recruitment suppliers, and the wider HR team to build strong relationships and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key responsibilities include managing the recruitment system, which involves writing and posting job adverts, updating vacancies, setting up user profiles, arranging interviews, and facilitating employment offers. Additionally, you will handle end-to-end candidate management, from pre-screening and interviews to offer support and onboarding, while also focusing on candidate sourcing, pipelining, and vacancy control.

      REQUIREMENTS WE REQUIRE:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter, preferably with a background in the engineering market. Candidates with agency experience will be considered, though in-house recruitment experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you'll need to confidently present ideas, engage with stakeholders, and provide constructive input during discussions.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, proactive, and possess a client-focused approach. You should be highly organised, with excellent time management skills and advanced IT proficiency, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment as part of a busy team. Proven teamwork experience is essential, as well as the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
