The Supplier Governance and Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing supplier agreements, ensuring compliance with certification processes, licensing, purchasing rules, and maintaining product traceability throughout the supply chain. This role ensures suppliers meet company standards and regulations while supporting the organization’s strategic goals
Supplier Frame Agreements:
Develop and manage supplier frame agreements covering certification, licensing, purchasing, and provisions
Align agreements with company policies and regulations, updating them as needed
Maintain strong supplier relationships for high performance and compliance
Support supplier reviews, mitigate risks, and resolve issues promptly
Ensure supplier compliance through audits and assessments
Implement corrective actions for non-compliant suppliers
Oversee implementation and maintenance of product traceability systems, ensuring supply chain integrity and effective recall management
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on supplier performance, compliance, and traceability
Identify and implement improvements in supplier governance and compliance
Stay informed on industry trends and lead initiatives for process enhancements
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, logistics and customer service, to ensure effective coordination and communication regarding quality-related matters
Lead product quality processes training according to WinGD policy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
5+ years’ experience in supplier management, quality or compliance
Strong understanding of supplier governance, supplier certification processes, and compliance requirements
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge in supply chain management software. Knowledge of traceability systems of advantage
Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Language skills: English proficient, German desired
