What would your role be?

• This position is part of the team responsible for purchasing, checking and distributing master data
• The Master Data Management team provides Vontobel with up-to-date and correct master and reference data, regulatory information, prices and rating data
• The aim of Master Data Management is to support the processes along the value chain by providing data of the highest quality and the right depth
• We are in constant exchange with our internal and external customers, peers, providers and service facilitators
• New requirements and optimizations are developed in close cooperation with Vontobel IT

This position offers the unique opportunity to work independently in a small team and to implement optimizations with bank-wide implications. The work in projects on a daily basis is just as much a part of it

What are we looking for?

• Banking degree with several years of professional experience
• Exceptional problem solving willingness and skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets and reference data
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working effectively with data providers and vendors
• Experience of Avaloq and GAIN as a plus
• Independent, efficient, exact, focused and careful working method with an overview of the big picture
• Strong customer focus and service orientation with experience working on projects and optimization
• Openness for working with divers teams and different topics
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in both, German and English
