Job description:

"Responsible for all test activities throughout testing life-cycle of Avaloq solutions for key customer accounts, with specific focus on digital applications like Web-banking and Mobile-banking.

Customer facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to manage stress levels in demanding project contexts.-

Define Test Policy and Test Plan - Provide effort estimations and track the test effort to ensure adequate staffing- Monitor and control testing activities against planned budget and quality gates-

Report progress to management and client-

Manage client relationship with appropriate communication- Manage defects and Reporting- Design, update and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their reusability -

Manage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness)

Must have:- In-depth knowledge of Test concepts and methodology-

Experience and strong knowledge of the banking and/or finance industry or other regulatory environments- Functional knowledge of Web and Mobile banking- Experience with Avaloq banking system solution -

Working knowledge of MicroFocus QC/ALM, JIRA, MS Office SuiteNice to have:-

Technical knowledge of web and mobile applications -

Experience of testing in Agile context (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, TDD, BDD, API testing)-

ISTQB Certification or equivalent Required soft skill:-

Excellent presentation and communication skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving competences -
