Lead the team and sub-functions related to:
Take charge of developing our senior leadership team with tailored programs that reflect the company’s stage and their personal growth needs
Work closely with other Talent functions to align initiatives with On’s strategic goals
Establish clear metrics for assessing the effectiveness of the function. Use data-driven insights to refine approaches and demonstrate the impact of these initiatives on organizational success
