What would your role be?

• Performing second line of defense reviews of alerts generated by the transaction monitoring system to assess completeness and accuracy of the analysis and documentation carried out by the Relationship Manager (RM) in respect of origin of assets, consistency with client profile, commercial background etc
• Monitoring and analysis of transactional behavior of relationships and review transaction requests for blocked accounts
• In-depth analysis of transactions with cryptocurrencies and KYC of clients with crypto activity
• Providing guidance, training, support and relevant information to RMs related to any of the above activities
• Liaising and working with other compliance functions in order to obtain a holistic client view and align on Group Compliance programs

What are we looking for?

• Professional experience in area of transactions monitoring (regulatory requirements)
• Very good understanding of risk management and controls
• Very strong analytical and communication skills, capable to deal with a wide range of business functions and priorities
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Highly collaborative, solution oriented, autonomous, and accurate
