      Job Description

      • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base and achieve revenue targets.
      • Identify and engage new leads across SME and corporate sectors through various channels.
      • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
      • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
      • Lead negotiations and secure profitable contracts with senior executives.
      • Provide market feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
      • Maintain accurate forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on sales activities.
      • Support and mentor junior team members while driving a results-oriented sales culture.

      The Successful Applicant

      • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in financial services or international payments.
      • Strong understanding of foreign exchange, financial markets, and payment solutions.
      • Proven ability to build relationships and influence C-suite executives.
      • Experience in managing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets independently.
      • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., Highspot, ZoomInfo).
      • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
      • Fluent in English, with proficiency in German/Swiss German or French preferred.
      • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a competitive mindset.
      • Willing to obtain relevant financial certifications (CISI) within six months of hire.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building and teamwork.
