      Personal Assistant to General Manager (m/f/d)


      Location: Opfikon
      Contract: 50-60%, immediately or by arrangement

      As Personal Assistant you will be providing administrative, reporting and organisational support to General Manager.


      YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Supporting General Manager by handling administrative, organizational and project-related tasks as well as business correspondence in German, English and French
      • Monitoring and coordinating appointments, receiving telephone calls and inquiries, organizing trips as well as general administrative activities such as ordering office supplies, handling incoming mail, preparing expense reports, drawing up organization charts
      • Organization of cross-functional meetings, seminars, conferences, travels and large-scale events combined with reservations of room, equipment, and material
      • Preparation and design of complex presentations, organigrams, and minutes of meetings in German, English and/or French language
      • Managing monthly reporting process locally and with coordination of timeline, report delivery and quality
      • Controlling and processing of incoming invoices in alignment with current Procurement Guidelines
      • Creation and management of complex lists, tables, reports and presentations
      • Managing and coordinating demanding administrative projects
      • Assistance with administrative projects (improvement of workflows and processes)
      • Reception of customers and guests
      • Owner of specific department processes in connection with KBIs monitoring / scorecards / GDPR SPOC

      ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
      • Completed apprenticeship
      • Several years of work experience required (min. 3 years)
      • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP
      • Proactive

      • Customer- and team-oriented
      • Fluent in German and English and good knowledge of French
