How you’ll make an impact
Process Orders Efficiently: Manage intercompany orders, track delivery timelines, and handle any deviations
Supplier Coordination: Confirm orders, follow up with internal suppliers, and ensure timely delivery
Data Maintenance: Update SAP master data, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data accuracy
Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline and enhance our purchasing procedures
Quality Management: Address quality issues quickly and coordinate resolutions effectively
What We’re Looking For
Relevant Training & Experience: Background in commercial or technical fields with purchasing experience
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, especially SAP MM
Industry Knowledge: Experience in industrial or MEM sectors preferred
Languages: Fluent English, with German as a plus
Core Traits: Reliable, independent, and detail-focused team player with a problem-solving mindset
