Job Description

• Manage and analyze financial data, preparing financial and accounting reports for multiple client legal entities.
• Organize and maintain financial and accounting documentation for all clients.
• Prepare internal financial reports for management on an ad-hoc basis.
• Coordinate monthly with external accounting firms to support and prepare financial reports for clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong ability and motivation to work accurately and efficiently with numbers.
• Fluency in English and good command of German.
• Basic knowledge and interest in finance, banking, or family office work are essential.
• Initial accounting knowledge (experience with Swiss GAAP is an advantage).
• Excellent Excel skills are required.
• Experience with Abacus software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external partners.
