      Junior Credit Analyst / Credit Analyst, 80%-100%, temporary for 12 months

      In this role, you will support Group Risk Management’s Credit Risk Management and Oversight activities, focusing on Credit Risk related to Reinsurance.

      As part of the Financial Risk Governance team, you will work closely with Senior Credit Risk Specialists, business teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective credit risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting.

      This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to develop expertise in Credit Risk while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative risk management environment. You will gain exposure to risk governance processes, portfolio analysis, and risk methodologies, supporting the teams efforts in maintaining strong credit risk oversight.


      What you will do

      • Assist in credit risk assessments, monitoring, and reporting for Reinsurance
      • Support the preparation of credit risk portfolio analysis and reporting for management and committees
      • Assist in maintaining approved lists for Reinsurers and Reinsurance Brokers
      • Support the evolution of credit risk measurement methodologies and exposure analysis
      • Provide research and data analysis to support risk insights and reporting
      • Collaborate with risk and business teams to improve efficiency in credit risk processes, including automation initiatives


      What you bring

      • Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or other related discipline
      • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
      • Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in Credit Risk and Financial Risk Management
      • Basic knowledge of Credit Risk principles
      • Strong Excel skills. Experience with Power BI and R advantageous
      • Positive attitude and motivated to learn
