Your tasks:

• Participate in the onboarding and rollout of Microsoft Teams Rooms technology at scale across Switzerland
• Replace traditional user workplaces with new curved monitors, ensuring smooth transitions and user satisfaction
• Provide support to enhance how user workplaces are managed and maintained
• Share your experience and insights with other international locations eager to implement Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Ensure meeting rooms and user workplaces function seamlessly by resolving issues and improving the overall IT experience

Your experience/knowledge:

• 1 year of experience as an IT Support or in a similar role
• Affinity and passion for IT related topics
• Finished education or training in IT Support
• Language skills: German, English both fluent written and spoken
• Your soft skills:
• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
