This Insurance Talent Programme (Graduate Trainee) aims to provide talented and highly motivated graduates an opportunity to develop into Insurance professionals and potential future leaders within our Zurich organization. Graduates can choose one stream to focus on during their 12-month programme. We welcome applications throughout the year

The Exposure

• You can choose the focus in either of 2 streams:
• Expose to the insurance operations and workflow (e.g. claims, underwriting, distribution, etc.)
• Deliver change initiatives and build new capabilities
• Analyze business data to identify business opportunities and support strategic planning
• Analyze market trends and conduct product research to support product development
• Expose to the insurance technologies and systems
• Understand the system/project development cycle and assist in system changes
• Support the transformation projects and change management
• Support the change initiatives to drive operational excellence

The Candidate

• Fresh Graduate or University Students in final year of study
• Candidate with less than 2 years of working experience is also welcome
• Strong interest in developing career in insurance industry
• Proficient in English and Cantonese
• Positive thinking and strong customer centricity mindset
• Excellent interpersonal & communications skills with good cultural awareness
