What you will do

Part of the Group Total Rewards team, your key responsibilities will encompass (but not limited to):

• Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for the Zurich Group Leadership team;
• Leading the Total Rewards function for Zurich’s Corporate Centre; and
• Advising Group Functions business stakeholders and HRBPs on all remuneration matters including M&A situations, benchmarking and remuneration plan design topics.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
• Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and performance management;
• Proven track record of successfully delivering rewards programs in large, complex multinationals; and
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
