We are looking for a Head of Sustainability and Product Compliance to join our Belimo team. Be our ambassador for sustainability and take on this exciting leadership role while managing a global team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and document the Sustainability Strategy, ensuring clear communication to management and employees.

• Lead the Sustainability and Product Compliance Steering Committee.

• Create initiatives and implementation plans, including environmental and sustainability KPIs.

• Drive the Belimo Net Zero Strategy target and facilitate annual sustainability reporting.

• Manage relationships with key sustainability initiatives and support Eco Design applications.

• Ensure structured governance of the Compliance Strategy and related processes.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent; a Master’s in Environmental Science is preferred.

• Proven experience in leading sustainability initiatives in a corporate or ESG consulting environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, fostering collaboration across the organization.
