About Our Client

For our client, a Swiss global company, leader in its field, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner 80-100%. The role is based at the HQ in the Zurich greater area.

Job Description

You will report to the Team Leader HR Business Partnering and will have the following responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for line managers and employees in the assigned divisions, providing guidance and support on HR matters
• Lead and execute talent acquisition activities to support the recruitment plans for the assigned areas
• Advise and assist line managers in addressing employee relations issues, such as complaints, personnel challenges, immigration matters, policy inquiries, and other HR topics
• Contribute to the development, revision, and implementation of HR policies and guidelines in alignment with global HR standards and programs
• Collaborate closely with business controllers to manage budget, headcount, and workforce planning initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• University degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong expertise in local HR legislation, company policies and processes combined with some experience with international teams/environments
• Fluency in (Swiss) German and English
• Full proficiency in MS Office is a must and knowledge of Success Factors is highly appreciated
• Energetic and driven personality with a strong customer-focused mindset
• A passionate, curious, and enthusiastic quick learner with the ability to navigate complex environments
• A confident and pragmatic individual with a hands-on approach
