Since June 2020 On Labs has been the center of product development, design and innovation at On. Part of the 17-story building in Zurich West is Europe’s first On Flagship Store and the vegan restaurant roots kitchen. True to the On spirit, it is an environment that never stands still – a hub for creativity and technology where ideas move fast.

As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will join On Labs’ Workplace Experience Team. You will drive hospitality topics for our workspace and deliver the WOW to our On team members, guests, and partners. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in a highly dynamic environment, are at ease in finding solutions to unexpected or unplanned situations, and enjoy discovering ways of optimising. You build strong relationships and partner very closely with many teams across the organisation, especially with our Internal Events and Facility Management team.

Your Mission

• Be the “go-to” person at the On Welcome and cultural ambassador in the office for team members, igniting and championing our strong On spirits

• You oversee the management of badge and access requests

• Host visitors and handle external requests and correspondences and give tours at On Labs

• You coordinate On company car bookings and parking options

• You drive and ensure clear and engaging communication around workplace aspects and maintain health and safety requirements with consistent attention

• Oversee daily office organisation and administration, including orders of supplies, deliveries, inventory management and much more
