We are looking for a new team member who sees each client interaction as a possibility to deliver an outstanding client experience exceeding their expectations

What would your role be?

• Perform periodic client reviews and client life cycle modifications for Wealth Management Client Relationships
• Oversee client onboardings, ensuring due diligence, CDB checks, and KYC checks for individuals and legal entities in Switzerland and abroad
• Providing expert advice and support the front office on all onboarding issues, such as KYC, AML, QI/FATCA and AEI
• Assist in implementing and identifying change processes related to optimizing client onboarding and the client review processes

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor or Master Degree in law or economics (or equivalent)
• At least 5-10 years of practical experience in client onboarding and/or in periodic client reviews of wealth management clients
• In-depth know-how regarding CDB (especially for domiciliary companies and trusts) and tax aspects (especially QI/Fatca/AIA)
• Strong service and solutions orientation, with strong interpersonal communication skills for optimal client experience
• Hands-on mentality, agile mind-set and willingness to learn
• Structured, dynamic, able to work under pressure, reliable, team-oriented
• Fluent in German (at least on a C2 level) and English. French would be desirable
