To start your talent journey with us, apply now as: Shop Visit Manager (LEAP) The Shop Visit Manager (LEAP) is responsible for engine output, on time delivery against contractual agreements and he is the single point of contact for each of his assigned engines for operations. Your tasks Single point of contact for each engine Lead all engine projects according to engine process Provide full visibility and knowledge on status of ongoing projects at all times Compare engine progress and material (engine parts, tooling) availability with milestone plan and take preventative action against hinderances by providing and enforcing solutions with AM, Ops, CoE, Purchasing and Engineering to assure on time delivery Plan engine input / output with production planning according to capacity plan Set up special schedules with Ops in accordance with customer demands or if necessary Continuously improve related processes to optimize daily business Lead and organize engine team and meeting Provide information on engine status in relevant systems Your profile University’s Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and / or Business Administration desired Significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering a specific service required Significant experience (3+ years) in project and process related positions in the MRO industry desired Fluent in English (Level C1) and high level of German (B2) required Your chance An attractive position in a global and dynamic company Competitive employment conditions Opportunity for professional and personal development Thank you for your interest. To start your talent journey with us, apply now as: TCM Project Lead (temporary) SR Technics has embarked on a digital transformation journey and is urgently seeking a Project Lead to drive one of our high visibility and accelerated projects to replace existing systems while integrating with the old and new SAP landscape. This role will lead the entire project comprised of area/workstream leads from the business, IT as well as the vendor. This project lead will have a dual reporting, to VP Engineering in the business as well as VP Business Services & Digital Solutions in IT. Your tasks Maintain project charter, including the project's product/service description, benefits review plan, project initiation documentation, project plan and description, work packages Prepare reports (gate approval documentation, monthly update, steering committee reports, financial forecast, lessons learnt, project closure report) Prepare and schedule the gate review with IT PMO managers and requests approvals at IT-Governance meetings Define the work break-down structure, in line with project goals and assigns work packages for Business activities Create project relevant ITRs and follow the processes within Set up and host required project governance forums such a team meeting, Steercos, stand ups, etc. Maintain risk register, actions log, assumptions log, issues log, dependencies log, decisions log, financials/budget, project plan, etc. Implement and manage project controls, monitoring and reporting Manage the information flow between the program level and project team Manage the overall project deliverables in working with the workstream leads, taking responsibility for overall progress and use of resources Cooperate with external supplier to achieve business deliverables Implement cost controls and monitor project actuals against budget Identify and tracks business benefits Provide regular reports to the steering committee Advise on any deviation from the plan or budget Prepare the business and IT for change, including change awareness, impact assessment, training & adoption Perform periodic reviews and adjustments to the wider TCM program projects and plans Your profile 5-10 years’ experience leading process optimization and digital transformation projects as a Project Manager with both business and IT deliverables Experience working in enterprise projects with high degree of integration (Note: current project is not on SAP but has multiple integration points with old and new SAP systems) Excellent Stakeholder Management skills, especially with experience working with difficult or misaligned stakeholders on high pressure, short timeline projects Excellent communication and relationship building skills to maintain good relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders Experience engaging with C level as well as working on details with the team including lending a hand to team members where needed Quick at grasping the context and scope with ability to hit the ground running. Sensitivity to company pressures and highly focused on delivery MRO or similar industries experience an advantage Fluency in speaking and writing in English is a must.
