80-100% Your responsibilities As the Head Product Management Wireless Connectivity , you will lead a dynamic team while maintaining direct responsibility for specific product lines. Your mission is to drive product strategy, foster innovation, and ensure the competitiveness of our Wireless solutions throughout their lifecycle. Build strong client relationships with key stakeholders to support the current and future business Proactively lead customer and market intelligence gathering programs in order to shape the product roadmap Lead the Global Wireless Product Management team, providing strategic direction and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation Contribute to the development and execution of the Wireless business strategy and long-term planning Ensure continuous product competitiveness by addressing technical and non-technical aspects, including cost optimization, logistics, and service enhancements Manage and nurture relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and academic institutions Align and coordinate global and multi-site product management and development initiatives Play an active role in defining and evolving the Product Management & Development (PMD) Wireless vision as part of the WL PMD leadership team Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and internal processes, continuously improving efficiency with a customer-centric mindset Represent the team at internal and external events, providing reports and strategic insights Your profile We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for Wireless connectivity, antennas, and system technology . The ideal candidate will bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (specialization in Radio Frequency techniques or physics a plus) 5+ years of experience in product management within a technology-driven environment, ideally in Wireless or antenna technologies In-depth knowledge of industry standards, antenna market trends and competitive landscapes Background in Railway is a plus. Other demanding markets like Automotive or Medical are also appreciated Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle , lead cross-functional projects, and develop high performing teams Strong expertise in antenna and Wireless system compliance processes Strategic mindset with excellent decision making and problem solving skills Experience in managing supplier networks, distribution channels, and pricing strategies Outstanding communication and leadership skills , with the ability to engage global audiences and drive change Familiarity with Microsoft Office, PDM, and ERP systems Fluent in English (German is a plus) Commitment to quality, sustainability, and continuous learning Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain an entrepreneurial minds Why HUBER+SUHNER?
