      We are seeking an experienced Regional Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our regional distribution network, focusing on customer service excellence and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally within a global matrix organization, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, external partners, and customers.

      Employment type: Temporary 12 months contract

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Customer Service & Distribution: Oversee and enhance the distribution network to deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences, ensuring high service levels and cost efficiency.
      • Daily Operations Management: Manage 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, RDC replenishment, and restocking operations.
      • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues relating to orders, shipments, and stock reconciliation between SAP and 3PL ERP systems.
      • KPI Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Monitor Key Performance Indicators, participate in QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
      • Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and support internal/external quality audits.
      • Supplier & Invoice Management: Review and manage supplier invoices within the scope of Delegation of Authority (DOA).

      Qualification&Experience:

      • Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
      • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
      • Supply Chain Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, logistics, transportation, and GDP requirements.
      • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP (LES/MM/SD/FI) and other supply chain systems.
      • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders across different organizational levels and regions.
      • Problem-Solving: Strong capability to manage ambiguity and find pragmatic solutions to complex supply chain issues.

      • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills with a strong ability to influence stakeholders.
      • Intercultural Competence: Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
      • Analytical Thinking: Structured, holistic, and clear problem-solving skills.
      • Innovation: Ability to contribute fresh ideas in warehousing and distribution excellence.
