Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless trade processing

• Monitor and manage client queries and requests efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in customer care / middle office within a Banking or Financial institution

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues

• Fluency in English and German is a must, knowledge of other languages is a plus
